Variety has reported that Graham Tallman has been hired to write the script for the first film in the upcoming Courtney Crumrin series from Fox (see 'Hollywood Options Three More Comic Book Properties').  Tallman has served as assistant director on a number of features, including Bulletproof Monk, and on TV series such as La Femme Nikita and Earth:  Final Conflict. 

Stan Winston, involved in the creation of the Terminator and Aliens props among many others, will co-produce with Brian J. Gilbert.  The film will be based on Ted Naifeh's Courtney Crumrin graphic novels, published by Oni Press.
