Geoff Johns, one of the top writers in comic books today, has signed a three-year extension of his exclusive contract with DC. Johns re-upped just before the appearance of the first issue of his Infinite Crisis crossover, which is about to rock the DC Universe. He has had successful stints on The Flash, JSA, Teen Titans and Green Lantern. At a time when good writers are valued more than in any other era in the history of comics John's resigning is good news for DC, sentiment that was echoed by DC'S VP, Executive Editor DC Universe, Dan Didio, who noted 'So much of DC's current success can be attributed to Geoff's selfless dedication to telling great stories and making great comics.'
