JoyRide Entertainment has announced an ambitious schedule of 2006 releases for its Full Metal Alchemist Trading Card Game. First up is Artificial Human, a 110-card expansion set for release on February 15th with pre-release events slated for the February 3-5 weekend. Starting with Artificial Human, JoyRide is switching to a smaller display box containing 12 booster packs, which should make it easier for stores to stock.
In May JoyRide has scheduled A Hero's Passing, an extra-large series of nearly 200 cards, which will cover events up to and including the tragic death of one of FMA's most popular characters. A Hero's Passing will revisit some of the themes of earlier sets and will include popular cards from those sets.
JoyRide also has two more 110-card expansions planned -- Alchemist's Gate is scheduled for the fall of 2006 and Seven Deadly Sins is due in late 2006/early 2007.
