According to Hollywood Reporter, casting has begun on James Cameron's first feature film since Titanic, the film adaptation of Battle Angel Alita, titled Battle Angel. Although the studio is not commenting, an open casting call has been placed for the lead, a 16 to mid-20s female. As previously reported (see 'Battle Angel Alita?'), Cameron will use a new high def digital 3-D process to make the film.
