Stan Lee may be the driving force behind Pow! Entertainment, but the media company that has been peddling Stan's creations to VIBE Magazine, MTV and other entities has now acquired the exclusive rights in perpetuity to Stan Lee's name, likeness, signature slogans (Excelsior!) and brand (Stan Lee Presents).  Pow! Entertainment has also acquired the majority of the intellectual properties Stan has created since he left Marvel as well as the rights to license and receive royalties from Stan Lee's future and recent creations done under the Pow! Entertainment banner.
