Shocker Toys of Buffalo, New York has announced Indie Spotlight, a new line of action figures that includes classic comic strip characters as well as the cream on the non-Marvel and DC Crop of superheroes from companies such as Top Cow, Image, Blue Water Productions, AAApop, Troma, Classic Media and King Features.  The Indie SpotlightAction Figures will feature twenty or more points of articulation in each six-inch figure.

Characters that are slated to get the Indie Spotlight treatment include Solar: Man of the Atom, Magnus Robot Fighter, Dick Tracy, Lone Ranger, Jack Staff, Madman, The Atomics, Witchblade, Darkness, Nexus, Shark-Man, The Moth, Retro Rocket, The New Toxic Avenger, The Phantom, Sachs & Violens, The Wraith, Scud the Disposable Assassin, Isis, Victoria's Secret Service, Judo-Girl, Shadowhawk, OZF5, Grim Jack, Fallen Angel, Badger, Cyberforce, Jetcat, Atomic City, Smoke & Mirror, and God of Thunder.

Shocker Toys is planning to produce at least three waves of figures based on these Indie Comics characters.  The timing and the composition of the first wave (as well as the cost of the figures) will be released shortly.
