ADV Films has confirmed that (as reported on Anime News Network), it has acquired rights to the second season of the Ah! My Goddess anime, and will begin releasing it in 2007.  

This marks at least the fourth U.S. company to produce at least some Ah My Goddess anime material.  The list includes Animeigo and Geneon, which released OAVs (see 'New Oh My Goddess Anime in Japan'); and Media Blasters, which released the first season of the series (see 'Media Blasters Announces New Acquisitions').   

Dark Horse publishes the Oh! My Goddess manga series on which all of the anime are based.
