Hidden City Games has hired Phil Trumbo, the uber-designer who's been the creative director and art director behind over 100 videogames, including Spider-Man, Lord of the Rings, and The Sims, as Art Director, Intereactive Entertainment. In that role, he'll be responsible for the look and feel of Bella Sara Online, the online component of the successful TCG. Trumbo won an Emmy early in his career for 'Graphics and Title Design' on the brilliantly designed PeeWee's Playhouse.
The Bella Sara site, according to the announcement, now has over 1.6 million registered users, a quick jump from the 1.2 million users reported just a few months back (see 'Hidden City Scores $15 Million').
