Fantasy Flight Games has announced the September release of the new Silver Line Edition of Reiner Knizia’s classic Lord of the Rings Board Game.  The unique cooperative game allows 2-5 players to take on the role of Hobbits and set off on a quest on the perilous path to Mordor to destroy the One Ring.  The new Silver Line Edition of this deluxe and complex board game is affordably priced at just $29.95.

Renowned Tolkien artist John Howe has provided the illustrations for the Silver Line Edition, which features a graphics overhaul, a new rules presentation, and updated components all bundled into a smaller, more affordable, but thoroughly entertaining package.
