Days of Wonder has announced the August U.S. release of the Memoir '44 Equipment Pack (MSRP $60.00), a major expansion to the Memoir '44 game system that fills a game box as big as the original game. The Equipment Pack is not a standalone game, the Memoir '44 base game is required as well as many of the game's expansions to make full use of the 186 plastic figures and accessories as well as the Equipment Pack's accompanying scenarios (for visual accuracy it is highly recommended that players at minimum have the Terrain Pack and the Winter/Desert Board).
The figures and their accessories are heavily featured in the 11 Standard, 2 Breakthrough and 4 new Overlord scenarios that come in the Equipment Pack along with a rule booklet and 25 summary cards. The combination of the number of figures and accessories plus the wide-ranging scenarios makes the Equipment Pack, the definitive expansion for Memoir '44.
