Wizards of the Coast has reorganized its Wizards Play Network Outreach team to create a Retail Support Center and increased the support staff that handles WPN calls by 50%, from 16 to 24. The staffing increase is being done in conjunction with an increase in customer service hours to 12 hours a day (7 a.m. to 7 p.m. PST), seven days a week. Some retailers will receive new representatives in the process. The changes take effect on June 17th.
"The level of retailer support that Wizards provides continues to be unprecedented in the industry, and we continue to look at ways to cultivate a more comprehensive support model between our WPN Retailers and Wizards of the Coast," a spokesperson told ICv2.
