Fantasy Flight Games will release the new Descent: Manor of Ravens expansion for its best-selling fantasy board game Descent: Journeys in the Dark Second Edition in July.
 
The new expansion will introduce two new heroes, which include new tactical options, and new hero classes for the Warriors and Scouts: Marshal and Bounty Hunter.  The Overlord will also gain two new monster groups: bandits and wraiths, a new lieutenant, and his first servant: the Raven Flock.  The game will include six new quests which can be played individually or together. 
 
The box will include 10 plastic figures, over 60 new cards, 16 double-sided map tiles, a rulebook with six new quests, and more.  As an expansion, it requires the base game to play.  MSRP is $39.95.
 
FFG has released two new Hero and Monster expansions this year (see "'Crown of Destiny'" and "Heroes and Monsters for 'Descent: 2E'") as well as new "Lieutenant Packs."
