ACD Distribution has announced the winners of a free trip to the GAMA Trade Show, which will be held in Las Vegas March 15-18 (see 'Multiple Offerings for Retailers at the GAMA Trade Show'). The three lucky winners filled out a retailer survey on the ICv2 Website. Pat and Paula Fuge of Gnome Games in Green Bay, Wisconsin and Alan Hochman of Pastimes in Niles, Illinois all won free airfare to the adventure game industry's biggest event. In reacting to his unexpected selection, Hochman stressed the importance of the GAMA Trade Show. 'This will be my fourth trip to GAMA in the past five years -- and I learn something every time I attend,' he said. 'The show is a great place to meet peers, learn from everyone and go back to your store ready to take on the next year in a positive, uplifted mode which benefits everyone -- your customers, your staff, your store, your distributors and the manufacturers. The plain fact is that ACD realizes that the best way to sell more product at every level is to make better retailers -- and GAMA does that. Sending people to GAMA shows ACD's appreciation for its customers and for the benefits that GAMA has to offer.'
