The software behind a new online product-based game store locator service will be shown at the upcoming GAMA Trade Show in Las Vegas next week (see 'Multiple Offerings for Retailers at the GAMA Trade Show').  The GURU software has been developed by AWSI, a sister company of Social Games, the producers of the Cyberpunk CCG (see 'Cyberpunk CCG -- The Next Big Thing?').  Matthew Simmons Marketing, publisher of Games Quarterly Catalog also made the announcement as an 'endorsing company.'

As described in the announcement, the software is 'a zip code-based product search engine, allowing consumers to locate local retailers who carry the games they want to buy and play.'  The new software will be shown at the AWSI/Social Games booth at the GTS, and at a seminar hosted by AWSI.
