Monte Cook's Malhavoc Press has announced plans to release a 'Planescape reunion' in October, featuring many of the key authors of TSR's Planescape campaign setting.  It is not a licensed product based on the Planescape setting, but uses the name in its marketing with permission.  Wizards of the Coast has no plans to license or revive the property.  Instead, Beyond Countless Doorways is a new planes book by Planescape creators.  The creators involved are writers Monte Cook, Colin McComb, Wolfgang Baur, Ray Vallese, and illustrator rk post. Planescape creator David 'Zeb' Cook contributed a foreword.  The 224-page hardcover will ship in October.

 

Two other non-Arcana Unearthed Malhavoc products have been announced for later this year.  The Book of Hallowed Might II:  Portents and Visions will be a 64-page $13.99 divine magic sourcebook by Monte Cook and Mike Mearls, streeting June 28th.  And Hyperconscious:  Explorations in Psionics, a 160-page psionics sourcebook by Bruce Cordell, will be out August 30th at $23.99. 

 
Three new products from the best-selling Arcana Unearthed property are planned.  Legacy of the Dragons, a 160-page bestiary by Monte Cook and Mike Mearls, is the first bestiary for Arcana Unearthed, due in May at $23.99.  Mystic Secrets:  The Lore of Word and Rune, a 72-page sourcebook expanding the magical options available to Arcana Unearthed characters by Mike Mearls, will street November 1st at $13.99.  Malhavoc launches an Arcana Unearthed fiction line in August, with Children of the Rune, a $6.99 mass market paperback short story anthology by Cook, Ed Greenwood, Jeff Grubb, and others.
