Fast Forward VP-Sales and Marketing John Danovich told us that Fast Forward's sale of Games Unplugged magazine to Ross Rojek's American Entertainment (see 'Rojek's Arrest Short-Circuits Games Unplugged') was for 'non-cash transfers,' including future ads and the assumption of Games Unplugged liabilities.  It is those liabilities that cause Danovich the most concern.  'There are outstanding future commitments that we are concerned about, for example, the subscribers and advertisers that have prepaid for things.'

Danovich expressed the hope that the magazine would indeed come out.  'I'm hoping that things are far enough along... that the first issue under the new ownership will see the light of day...,' he said.  'I have not been informed of anything to the contrary.'
