The Game Manufacturers Association (GAMA) announced today that Michael Stackpole, the well-known author and game designer, has been named as a Director-At-Large to the GAMA Board of Directors, replacing Mark MacKinnon, who has accepted the post of treasurer (see 'MacKinnon Named GAMA Treasurer'). Stackpole has been an active member of GAMA and served as head of the Industry Watch Committee, which defends the industry when it was attacked in the press or other media.
