Northeast Games, Inc. has announced the release of the Mystical Empire Collectible Card Game (CCG).  The initial Mystical Empire release, which will be carried by Alliance, ACD and Diamond, includes 200 cards.  Starter packs, which include two 25-card decks, will retail for $15 with 10-card booster packs, which include commons, uncommons, rares and ultra-rares, going for $3.19.

Designed by Keith Katsikas, Mystical Empire is a game of combat between players who can hire creatures, build structures, and cast spells and Effects (a form of magic that has an effect on the game and remains in Play continuing to affect the game until it is removed).  After the initial release, Northeast Games will follow-up with 100-card expansions.
