Northeast Games has announced a year-round organized play program for its Mystical Empires CCG, which divides the tournament year up into four seasons, summer (June, July, August), fall (September, October, November), winter (December, January, February), and spring (March, April, May).   Northeast Games will provide support for leagues throughout the year with foil promo cards, championship T-shirts, Mystical Empire baseball caps, and more.  Spring, fall and winter seasons will each feature a State/Regional Qualifier Tournament (Constructed format).  The top 200 ranked players will receive invitations to the annual MEGA Face Off held at GenCon Indy in August.

The prize structure for the Regional Qualifier Events includes: an all-expense paid trip to GenCon Indy for the winner (and friend), PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360s for the second-through-fifth place winners, and $100 gift certificates for the sixth through tenth place finishers.  The top-ranked player during the combined three off-season tournaments will receive two byes at the MEGA Face Off Tournament, while the second-ranked player will get one bye.  The winner of the MEGA Face Off event takes home a cool $10,000 in cash.
