Mary Elizabeth Winstead is slated to appear in Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, according to Hollywood Reporter.  She will co-star with Michael Cera (see “Scott Pilgrim Casting”).   The film is based on the first Scott Pilgrim graphic novel, Scott Pilgrim Volume 1:  Scott Pilgrim’s Precious Little Life.

Four Scott Pilgrim graphic novels have been released to date.  Oni Press publisher Joe Nozemack told ICv2 that he is planning to have all six volumes released by the time the movie premieres to maximize the sales benefit of the movie.
