Andrew Iwamasa of Collector's Corner in Midland, Michigan writes in to share that his local Target store was selling the latest Magic: The Gathering release, Fate Reforged, a day before the official release date (see "Target Store Says 'Magic' Release Dates Don't Apply").
In Midland, Michigan, the Target here also had Intro Decks available for sale the Thursday before the street date. But they also stated that there was no issue with them selling it early.
