Event pre-registration begins on Friday, May 27, from 3 - 7 pm.  Registered Duelists will each receive five Shining Victories booster packs for their participation.

New to this event will be Konami’s Yu-Gi-Oh! School Tournament Series, intended for teams of players who attend the same school (see “‘Yu-Gi-Oh!’  School Tournament Series”).  This tournament will be composed of Advanced Format, Constructed Deck, Swiss Round events.  Teams can compete for a Playoff Top Cut and prizes.

The prize for the winner of the main event will be a copy of the Ultra Rare card “Minerva, the Exalted Lightsworn” and a trophy, Top Cut Game Mat, and VIP status at a 2016 World Championship Qualifier with paid travel and accommodations.  In addition, the top 9 finishers will get invitations to the 2016 World Championship Qualifier and other prizes.

Aside from the main tournament, there will be a Dragon Duels tournament for players born 2003 or later, with each participant receiving 10 sealed Battle Pack:  Epic Dawn to build their decks.  The top four players will receive medals, a Regional Deck Box, and 2016 Regional game mat.  The top two players each day will compete in a final showdown for the Dragon Duel Champion’s Trophy and Super Rare YCS prize card.

Other events will include 2016 Regional Qualifiers, Ultimate Duelist Series Qualifiers, 3 vs. 3 Team Dueling, Attack of the Giant Card!!, Win-A-Mat, Sealed Starter Deck and Structure Deck, Duelist League, Yu-Gi-Oh! Day and Battle City Tournaments.
