Cryptozoic Entertainment has released images and more details about its Attack on Titan Deck-Building Game, scheduled to release in the fourth quarter.
Based on the Attack on Titan anime, this cooperative deck building game pits the players against an attack by giant Titans on the last human city. Built around the Cerberus Engine used in other Cryptozoic deck-building games, Attack on Titan uses movement and locations as key elements in the game: Players must use their decks to maneuver their characters to key locations as they attempt to halt the Titan attack.
Attack on Titan Deck Building Game will include 188 game cards, 8 oversized hero cards, 5 wall sections, 10 wall tokens, 8 character standees with 5 bases, and 1 turn marker. The game is designed for 1 to 5 players, ages 15 and up. MSRP is $40.00.
Cryptozoic announced the Attack on Titan Deck Building Game along with a number of other licensed products at the New York Toy Fair earlier this year (see "'Attack on Titan', 'Rick and Morty,' More").
