Publisher Services, Inc. (PSI) has announced sales and fulfillment deals with game publishers Smirk & Dagger Games(S&D) and Restoration Games.
S&D was founded in 2003, and is publisher of Cutthroat Caverns, Nevermore, J’Accuse!, Dead Last, and the upcoming Paramedics: Clear! Through this deal, PSI will be the sales and operations team responsible for sales, warehousing, and shipping of the publisher’s product to many North American and International markets. Beginning this month, S&D titles will be available through PSI. S&D plans to launch a new sub-brand, Smirk & Laughter Games, in 2018.
"In this time of significant growth, we are excited to be partnering with PSI to help us plan and strategize how to best service the hobby and specialty market in order to reach more stores and more gamers with a broader line of offerings," said Curt Covert, Owner of S&D.
Restoration Games was founded by game designer Rob Daviau and Justin Jacobson, to resurrect favorite games from childhood, tweaked and modernized for a contemporary audience. The company’s first releases, Downforce, Stop Thief! and Indulgence will be premiere at Gen Con, with trade release on August 23 (see "Restoration Games Expands Staff"). Through this deal, PSI will be the sales and operations team responsible for sales, warehousing, and shipping of the publisher’s product to all North American and International markets.
"When we started Restoration Games, we said we wanted to be a second-year company in year one and a fifth-year company in year two," said Justin D. Jacobson, President of Restoration Games. "We knew the only partner that could help us achieve that goal was PSI."
