Steve May has joined comics and game publisher Space Goat as Director of Business Development. May joins the company as it prepares to launch Evil Dead 2: The Official Board Game, continuing to expand its presence in the games space. May’s duties will include expanding the number of outlets for Space Goat’s comics, board games, and merchandise.
May was Director of Business Development at digital comics company iVerse Media from 2010 to 2015, during a period when it raised equity financing and competed for content and other deals.
"Shon and his team have established Space Goat as a major creative force in both comics and games," May said of the move. "My job will be to expand our distribution reach and I look forward to doing exactly that."
