Former Image Comics branding manager David Brothers has joined VIZ Media in the position of Editor. Brothers took to Twitter to confirm the move after Publishers Weekly announced the change in their “Job Moves” column.

Brothers worked at Image for nearly 5 years, where he was promoted from Content Manager to Branding Manager in June 2015. He left the company in December. Image hired Sean Edgar into the position of Brand Manager upon Brothers’ departure (see “Image Comics Hires Sean Edgar”).
