Ahead of San Diego Comic-Con, Dynamite Entertainment has begun announcing new talent for licensed series coming this fall, beginning with James Bond, The Lone Ranger and KISS.

Dynamite has signed Greg Pak (Weapon X, Planet Hulk) and Marc Laming (Wonder Woman, Star Wars) for a new ongoing James Bond series launching in November. The adventure begins with 007 following a smuggler into Singapore, but his target is ambushed by a Korean man who wants his package as well. If Bond and the mystery man don’t kill each other, the terrorist organization ORU may finish them both off.  Variant covers for issue #1 will be provided by Dave Johnson, John Cassaday, Rafael Albuquerque, and Marc Laming.

Mark Russell will write a new series of The Lone Ranger. The Lone Ranger Volume 3 #1 will launch in October. The series will be drawn by Bob Q. Variant covers for the first issue will be provided by John Cassaday, Mike Allred, and Francesco Francavilla. An Atlas Edition will also be available for fans wishing to have their issue signed by writer Mark Russell. In 1883 barbed wire was introduced, and ranchers are using it to close off access to open rangers and native tribes. The law is on the ranchers’ side, so the Lone Ranger will have to go all the way to the top to untangle this mess.

Bryan Edward Hill (Detective Comics, Postal) has been signed to write the new KISS: Blood and Stardust comic series launching in October. Rodney Buchemi (Death of Hawkman) will illustrate the series and multiple variant covers for issue #1 will be provided by Stuart Sayger, Rodney Buchemi, and Maria Sanapo, along with a classic KISS photo cover.  Two Atlas Editions signed by writer Bryan Hill or signed by Gene Simmons will also be available. The story will have KISS fighting to stop a murderous cabal. Unfortunately, the band is dead, and now has to deal with a demon to get back to the land of the living and continue the fight.

Dynamite will also release a Deluxe KISS Trading Cards set in October. The set will include a group of KISS’s fan-favorite photos and artists, as well as Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley signed cards. The base set includes 18-cards, plus Dynamite chase cards that include: 6 autographed cards, 3 B&W art cards, 9-card puzzle cards, 2-box-topper special cards, and hand-drawn original art signed sketch cards.  Every autographed card featuring a color ink or ultra-rare, gold ink signature. Each foil pack includes 2 base cards, 2 sketch cards, 1 B&W art card, 1 puzzle card, and an autographed card. Each box includes 12 packs.
