Owner Sean Beck was in Hawaii at Amazing Comic Con Aloha when the two burglaries happened, with his parents taking care of the shop in his absence. Video footage of both incidents was recorded by security cameras.
The first break in happened at 5 am February 23, the thief stole “an arm full of ‘Invincible Comics’ logo shirts & tried to steal our hats that he dropped all over the shop,” the Facebook post said.
The front door was replaced. Then the store was broken into again on the night of February 24. “This time the burglar had an accomplice, brought bags stealing more shirts/hats, & hit our glass case taking a small fortune in graded books,” the Facebook post said.
