DC Comics will release new collections of Neil Gaiman’s The Sandman: The Dream Hunters  for the 30th Anniversary of Gaiman's Sandman, featuring new covers by Dave McKean.

The Sandman: The Dream Hunters 30th Anniversary Edition TP Prose Edition collects Neil Gaiman’s original prose novella with full-page paintings by artist Yoshitaka Amano (Final Fantasy). The book includes a new cover by Dave McKean (Arkham Asylum) and an eight-page gatefold featuring Morpheus and more rendered in Amano’s artwork. The 128-page book will release in comic stores on September 4 and other book stores on September 10. MSRP is $16.99.

The Sandman: The Dream Hunters 30th Anniversary Edition TP Graphic Novel Edition collects the original four-issue comic adaption of Gaiman’s prose novella. The graphic novel features art by P. Craig Russell with a new cover by McKean. The 144-page collection will release in comic stores on September 18 and other book stores on September 24. MSRP is $19.99.

 

The Sandman: The Dream Hunters tells the story of a young monk and a magical shapeshifter. When the shapeshifting she-fox discovers a plot to take the monk’s life by a group of demons, the fox must use all her craftiness to save him.
