Play The Patriarchy is designed by women's media brand Reductress, and is card-matching game where players take shots at the patriarchy. Each player draws nine cards, and the dealer, otherwise known as the "Matriarch", reads a prompt card. The players then formulate as response to that prompt with the cards in their hand which feature subjects, verbs, and descriptors. The Matriarch judges which player has the best answer, and the chosen player the next Matriarch. The game when if all the cards were played or if someone needs to use the restroom.
