Wizards of the Coast has revealed the product range for its Magic: The Gathering – Core Set 2021, and the Magic Arena Starter Kit, all due out July 3. The core set was originally announced without details last fall (see “Wizards of the Coast Reveals ‘Magic: The Gathering’ Sets for 2020”).

There are five products in the Core Set 2021 range:

  • The Planeswalker Decks include a ready-to-play 60-card deck with a foil planeswalker card, a Core Set 2021 Draft Booster, a strategy insert, and a MTG Arena code card. There will be five different decks, sold in 10-deck dumps.
  • Core Set 2021 Draft Boosters include 15 cards from the set.
  • Core Set 2021 Bundle includes 10 Draft Boosters, a 20-card foil land pack (traditional frame), a 20-card regular land pack (traditional frame), 1 foil promo card, 1 oversized (1.5”) Spindown life counter, 2 reference cards, and a reusable storage box.
  • The Core Set 2021 Prerelease Pack includes 6 Core Set 2021 Draft Boosters, 1 foil promo-stamped rare or mythic rare from the set, 1 Spindown life counter, and 1 MTG Arena code card.
  • Each Core Set 2021 Collector Booster includes 15 of the most exciting cards from the set.

Magic Arena Starter Kit includes everything two players need to play: two ready-to-play 60-card decks with new cards from Core Set 2021 2 Quick-Start Guides, 2 First Game Walk-Through Cards, 1 Rules and World of Magic Booklet, 2 Spindown Life Counters, and a MTG Arena Code Card, which unlocks both decks for two players.
