Square Enix will release Final Fantasy Trading Card Game: Opus XII - Crystal Awakening on November 6.

Final Fantasy TCG: Opus XX - Crystal Awakening will introduce new Multi-Element Forwards to the game.  Players will need to generate one CP of each Element they possess to summon them but will have stronger abilities and power than regular Forwards.

Crystal Awakening will include Legacy Cards, full art cards of popular cards from previous set. Opus XII will include three cards given the Legacy Card treatment.  The newest set will include characters and artists from Final Fantasy IX, XI, XII, V, VI, Final Fantasy Explorers, World of Final Fantasy, and Final Fantasy TCG Original.

The set will include 128 Normal Cards and 150 Premium Cards, 22 of which will be Full Art.  Each booster pack will include 12 cards, with 1 card being a Premium Foil card.

The Final Fantasy TCG: Opus XII Prerelease Kit will contain 9 Crystal Awakening booster packs, a prerelease-exclusive Emet Selch (PR-076) promo card, and a set of prerelease-exclusive sleeves.  Stores that are able to host prerelease events can do so the weekend of October 30 - November 1.

Additionally, Square Enix announced a Spring 2021 release for Final Fantasy TCG: Opus XIII - Goddess of Light, featuring many of the popular female characters from the Final Fantasy franchise.
