CPM has announced that it will ship the final volume in its Cyber City series, Cyber City: The Vampire, in July at a $19.95 MSRP.  At the same time, it will ship a three-disc collection of all three Cyber City DVDs (Vampire, Time Bomb, and The Decoy), at a $49.98 MSRP.  The DVD collection will also feature director's commentary by Yoshiaki (Ninja Scroll, The Animatrix Episode:  Program) Kawajiri.
