This expansion allows players to add an all-new team of symbiotic aliens to the mix. Their strategy is to protect a player's deck against a frantic frenzy of card battles and defeat your opponents with their symbiotic talents. It adds 3 new Main Characters and 9 new Supporting Characters to gameplay, and it starts the third story arc for Marvel Vs. System 2PCG which features Venom and Carnage.

Lethal Protector (Volume 4, Issue 7) comes with 55 cards and a rulesheet. It will retail for $14.99.

Upper Deck Entertainment also unveiled Thunderbolts (Volume 4, Issue 6), a new expansion for Marvel Vs. System 2PCG, which will release in July (see "Upper Deck Unveils 'Thunderbolts'").
