The new competitive tournament series will run from March to July 2022 all around the world. Each host city will run a tournament to crown one player as their Prince. Players that are crowned will win a Prince of the City playmat and an opportunity to become a part of the game as a vampire card in Vampire: The Masquerade Rivals. The tournaments will also feature a prize pack including 10 acrylic Leader tokens for the top 16 finishers, 2 pack of Prince of the City card sleeves, 4 alt-art cards, 4 plastic spot-glass Agendas, and a Victor Temple Vampire promo card. The tournament series will be capped by Continental Conclave tournaments, one for Europe and one for the U.S. The U.S. tournament will be held at Gen Con 2022 and the European tournament has yet to be announced.

Renegade Game Studios also announced Shadows & Shrouds, a new expansion for the Vampire: The Masquerade - Rivals Expandable Card Game (see "'Shadows & Shrouds'").
