Marvel will launch a new Shang-Chi series, Shang-Chi and the Ten Rings, taking over directly from the previous series: The issue originally solicited as Shang-Chi #13 will now be Shang-Chi and the Ten Rings #1. The creative team of writer Gene Luen Yang and artist Marcus To will stay on and launch the new story arc, in which the power of Shang-Chi’s rings attracts the attention of the wrong people, namely the villains of the Marvel Universe. In the first issue, he goes head-to-head with Razorfist, and a new villain, Red Cannon, makes his first appearance. Shang-Chi and the Ten Rings #1 will go on sale on July 20 with a cover by Dike Ruan.
