Redacted Records II is a sourcebook that features eight new archetypes for the Adeptus Mechanicus and Adeptus Sororitas. It also offers information on powerful holy relics, hallowed locations, and the collection of sacred shrines in the Gilead System. Each of the shrines has its own adventure hook attached to it as well as secrets. The book also has expanded Ascension Packages, new Talents, and new blessed Wargear.
