This is the second Sonic the Hedgehog game that Kess has produced (see "'Sonic Roll'"). The new game offers players three card game modes to battle it out in. It features 24 Sonic characters from the franchise to choose from and play. The different games allow players to test their speed, gear up for a shooting battle, or prove their Master Emerald hunting skills.
Sonic Speed Battle is for two to four players, ages 8 and up, and plays in 30 minutes. It will first be released at Barnes & Noble and then have a wider retail release online at Target and Amazon.
