UDON Entertainment will launch a series of manga biographies of history's most interesting and influential people with Manga Biographies: Charles Schulz.  The 168-page authorized biography of the creator of Peanuts, written and illustrated by Yuzuru Kiki, will be released October 2 at $13.99.

The manga story begins with Schulz's youth in Minnesota, and continues through his time in the army, and his path to becoming one of the most beloved cartoonists in the world.

In addition to the manga story, the volume will also include a timeline of major events in the world during Schulz's life, a selection of archival photos and information about Schulz and Peanuts, and a bibliography.

UDON plans to release three volumes per year from the series, which is licensed from Kadokawa.
