In Doggerland, players take charge of a tribe trying to survive in the year 15,000 BCE. They will need to help their tribe grow their population and survive changing seasons. To accomplish this task, players will explore diverse landscapes, gather resources, and compete with rival clans for dominance. The game features different modular terrain in each game, which players will need to adapt to so they can gain resources efficiently and perform actions. After six to eight seasons of play, the player with the most points wins.
This game is for one to four players, ages 14 and up, and plays in 90 minutes. It will retail for $74.99.
Hachette Boardgames will also release Looot, a new board game by Gigamic (see "'Looot'").
