New York Comic Con 2024 was a large-scale event, with a fifth day, big booths, and crowds that maxed out the Javits Center most if not all days. If anything, the number of major exhibitors seemed larger, and thankfully did not appear to include the same level of general corporate sponsors with little or no connection to the interests of the attendees as had been the case in years past. Cosplay was at least as prevalent as in 2023, and perhaps up from a year ago.
