Union Arena Card Game: Sword Art Online Starter Deck will be released April 25, 2025, and the Union Arena Card Game: Sword Art Online Booster Pack will be released May 2, 2025.
Cards for the set will include exclusive Union Arena illustrations, and feature gameplay that follows the narrative to make it easy to learn for series fans that are not familiar with TCGs.
Starter Decks will include a 50-card deck, 3 Action Point cards, and 1 playsheet.
For the Booster Packs, the rarity scheme for the 100 card types is 35 Common, 35 Uncommon, 18 Rare, 12 Super Rare, and 9 Action Point Card. Alternate art and/or design cards are also included. SR** and SR*** cards include foiling and the signature of the original cast printed on them.
Bandai will release a One Punch Man set for Union Arena in March (see "’One Punch Man’ Powers his Way").
