The new faction invading Conquest are the Yoroni, a cohort of demonic samurai. The Yoroni's theme are a marriage of Japanese mythology with demonic elements from Western fantasy lore. They will be a brute-only faction and feature a bruiser-style gameplay that utilizes new, powerful warrior abilities.

"Innovation and out-of-the-box thinking were key when developing the Yoroni,” said Stavros Halkias, Founder and Creative Director of Para Bellum Wargames. “We wanted to capture the allure of Japanese mythology through our lore and designs, while creating an army that is fun and exciting to play.”

This faction will launch with a limited edition Artisan Series Kitsune preview model coming in February. The launch then continues in March 2025 with a two player starter set that has the Yoroni face off against the W’adrhun.

Para Bellum Games recently crowned their first World Champion for Conquest: The Last Argument of Kings and Conquest: First Blood at an event on the Greek Island of Chios (see "Crowns 'Conquest' World Champion").
