Thunderworks Games revealed Emerald Skulls, a new push-your-luck dice game, which will hit retail in May 2025.

In this game, designed by Steven Dast, players are incarcerated in Kulbak Prison and are gathered for a dice game with Nargash the goblin and his bone-carved dice. The goal of the game is to roll dice to try to fill up a skull board, all while wagering against opponents' rolls. Each turn, before a player rolls the dice, players can place bets and counter bets on the roll based on the five ascending tiers of the skull board. Players can wager twice per round, and the player that fills the skull first wins.

This game is for one to six players, ages 14 and up, and plays in 30-45 minutes. It will retail for $24.95.

Thunderworks Games also released Metrorunner, a route building board game by Stephen Kerr (see "'Metrorunner' Makes a Dash to Retail").
