The new booster set features characters from the popular TV series, such as Himura Kenshin, Saito Hajime, and others. Players can build decks around the characters from the Kamiya Dojo or the Shisengumi, and there will be an SR Kenshin card with a super strong ability. There will also be SR★★ and SR★★★ with Japanese voice actors' signatures printed on them in this set.

The set will consist of 35 commons, 34 uncommons, 17 rares, 12 super rares, and 6 Action Point cards. Packs contain 12 cards, and 16 packs come per display. There will also be a pre-constructed 50-card starter deck available alongside this set that comes with a rare promo card.

Bushiroad is also releasing a Rurouni Kenshin set for Weiss Schwarz in 2025 (see "Anime Licenses in Games").
