The new set adds three brand-new themes to the game, each of which revolves around different Extra Deck monsters. The Dragontails theme utilizes Dragons and Spellcasters in a new Fusion deck. There will also be a K9 team deck, which is an Xyz deck that allows players to bring out Level 5 monsters quickly and Xyz Summon during an opponent's turn. The third theme has not yet been revealed.

This set will consist of 60 cards. There will be 10 ultra rares, 10 super rares, and 40 rares as well as 15 cards available as Collector Rares. Packs come with one foil card and 6 rare cards; MSRP per pack is $4.49.
