The expandalone game adds two new villains to the mix. It features the first ever live action villain to join the game, Davy Jones from The Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, and Moana's treasure-loving giant crab Tamatoa.
"Treacherous Tides marks the first time we got to do this with a character from a live-action film," said Lysa Penrose, International Product and Marketing Manager at Ravensburger. "In addition to new gameplay, we got to reimagine the film (The Pirates of the Caribbean) in our iconic Villainous illustrated style."
Each new Villain in this game has its own brand-new, personalized Objective to win. Tamatoa players must take the Heart of Te Fiti from Moana, keep Maui from reclaiming his Hook and bring both items to Tamatoa’s Lair. Davy Jones players will need to collect all five Treasure Tokens to win and become ruler of the seas. This game is for two players, ages 10 and up, and retails for $19.99.
