This game, designed by Rosaria Battiato, Massimo Borzi, and Martino Chiacchiera, is the spiritual sequel to Bonsai. In Koi, players build up 3D koi ponds by using two actions: Meditating and Working. Players meditate to draw cards, gets coins, and buy koi at the market, and then work their pond by placing the fish and element tiles they accumulate. The game features clear tiles, so that players can create layers in their pond. Players will look to complete building goals and score points in an effort to win the game.

The game supports one to four players, ages 10 and up, and plays in 45 minutes.
