Renegade Game Studios Lanterns: The Harvest Festival and Czech Game Edition’s Codenames have been chosen to appear on TableTop Season 4. Both games are also competing for TableTop Game of the Year at the upcoming South by Southwest festivals.

In a status update on his website, host Wil Wheaton announced two games he had already chosen for the next season of the popular TableTop web series, as well as one more possibility.  "They are Lanterns  (see "Renegade Partners with Foxtrot Games") and Codenames (see "Vlaada Chvatil's 'Codenames"," he wrote.  "I’m also looking very seriously at Tiny Epic Galaxies (see "'Tiny Epic Galaxies' Comes to Trade."  "Production for the new season is currently slated for the end of April, with plans to release the first episode at the beginning of June.

South by Southwest (SXSW) is an annual series of overlapping festivals for music, film and interactive media that take place in Austin, TX in mid-March.  In 2014, SXSW introduced Gaming Awards, which mostly focuses on video and computer games, though a Tabletop Game of the Year category was added last year.  Last year’s winner was Star Realms (White Wizard Games).  This year’s winner will be chosen Saturday March 19.

The five nominees include:
