Reavers of Midgard, a new game of Viking action, is on its way from Grey Fox Games.

Set in the same universe as Grey Fox’s hit game Champions of Midgard, the new Reavers of Midgard is a worker placement game about Viking raiders.  Players must recruit teams of warriors, load up their ships, and send them out to raid villages and keeps for glory and loot.  But care must also be taken to deal with a troll that is threatening the Vikings’ village.

Reavers of Midgard was created by J.B. Howell, and will feature artwork by Yaroslav Radeckyi.  Release date and other details have not yet been announced, but Grey Fox plans to fund the project through a Kickstarter campaign launching in the middle of 2018.

In March, Grey Fox will release its app-supported Rising 5:  Runes of Asteros (see “App-Driven Deduction in ‘Rising 5:  Runes of Asteros’”).  Earlier this year, the company launched two Champions of Midgard expansions (see “‘Champions of Midgard’ Expands”).
